Scope of Services

Keyblocks Strategy Consulting Pvt Ltd provides strategic consulting services to businesses and organizations. Our services may include business strategy development, market research, data analysis, and other related services. We will provide services to you according to the terms and conditions agreed upon in a separate agreement.

Fees and Payment

Our service fees are set forth in a separate agreement. Upon receipt of our invoice, payment is due within 30 days of the date of receipt. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the stated timeframe.

Confidentiality

As part of our commitment to protect the confidentiality of your business information, we will not disclose any information relating to your business to any third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law or in the course of providing our services to you. As part of the agreement, you agree to keep all information provided to you confidential as well.

Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights to any materials, reports, or other deliverables created as part of our services unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. You may not use or distribute our materials without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you to us for those services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement for any reason upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to pay us for all services performed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Keyblocks Strategy Consulting Pvt Ltd is headquartered.

Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and you shall be notified of the same.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with any separate agreement between us, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings
